THE CHALLENGE
Critical to the client’s strategic delivery was ensuring the next phase of growth was going to be scalable, and sustainable and underpinned by operational resilience.
THE PROJECT
1886 were engaged to assess the viability of existing loan administration services and proposed technology to facilitate ongoing expansion. Connected to these was the need to consider how to right size the internal model to better support and align to both the operational and sourcing accountabilities and the data and technology strategic transformation.
